These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") govern the relationship between IstanaSlot (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers, or makes use of the services provided through the website located at istanaslot.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "the Site").

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Jurisdictional compliance: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to verify their own legal position.
• Single account: Each individual may hold only one Player Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Own funds: You must be gambling solely with funds that belong to you and have not been obtained through illegal means.
• Not a self-excluded player: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed with IstanaSlot or any related gambling self-exclusion programme.

To access the full range of services offered by IstanaSlot, you are required to register a Player Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You warrant that all information provided at the time of registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and not misleading.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify the Company immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity (including but not limited to a copy of your national identification card, passport, or utility bill) at any stage, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Deposits: Deposits are generally processed instantly upon successful payment confirmation. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Player Account on the Platform, whether directly or through a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any fraudulent financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated scheme to gain an unfair advantage in poker or live dealer games.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematically exploiting low-risk wagering strategies to clear bonuses with minimal variance.
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after participating in gameplay.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or identity confirmation procedure employed by the Company.

All content published on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, game interfaces, and the overall Platform design, is the exclusive intellectual property of IstanaSlot or its licensed third-party game and content providers. Such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of IstanaSlot or the relevant rights holder.

The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and unforeseen outages may temporarily affect Platform availability.

In no event shall the Company's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the three calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

IstanaSlot reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account where it reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• The Player Account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest activity.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the Company.
• The Player is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• A competent authority or court of law has instructed the Company to suspend or terminate the Account.

Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold and void any and all Bonus Funds, promotional credits, and winnings derived from gameplay conducted in breach of these Terms. Real-money deposits held in the Account balance at the time of termination will be returned to the Player, net of any amounts legitimately owing to the Company, following the completion of any compliance investigation.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between the Player and IstanaSlot, the Player is encouraged to first contact the Company's customer support team in writing, setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. The Company will endeavour to resolve all disputes amicably within a reasonable timeframe. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the dispute may be referred to the applicable regulatory body or an independent dispute resolution service.

IstanaSlot reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the Platform and, where practicable, by email notification to the address associated with the Player's account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated Terms. Players who do not agree with any amendment are encouraged to cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, submit a withdrawal request for any remaining account balance prior to the effective date of the amendment.
